Welcome to Europeana plenary 2009 website.

Europeana is about ideas and inspiration. Europeana plenary 2009 "Creation, Collaboration & Copyright" will bring ideas and inspiration to the next level – it will explore different possibilities of content re-use, mash-up and APIs. The plenary will also address public domain and associated copyright issues.

Charles Leadbeater will be the keynote speaker. Author of the book We Think and the recent essay The Art of With, Charles is one of Europe's most creative thinkers on collaboration, innovation and information.

If you have further questions or experience problems with registration, please email Aisulu Aldasheva.

If you fly, we recommend Schiphol Airport. There are trains running c. every 15 minutes to The Hague, to stations Station Hollands Spoor or Centraal Station. Once you are at either of the stations, take tram 17 direction Statenkwartier (richting Statenkwartier) or bus 24 direction Kijkduin (richting Kijkduin) from the Central Station and get off at the tram/bus stop Gemeentemuseum/Museon. This is where both Museon, the conference venue, and the Bel Air Hotel are located.
